6. Making Choices ... Personal Responsibility .

7. Your Plan of Action .

A no-cost guidance program that has helped over 3 million high school students plan their futures.. Students entering adulthood face some of their most critical life decisions. That's why your task of career guidance is so important.

Career Direction, which is sponsored and presented by the Army National Guard, offers a comprehensive program for your juniors and seniors. Among its many benefits, Career Direction:

Supports and enhances your own career development program.

Helps students use the four key career components - Interests, Values, Abilities, and Personality - and relate them to appropriate career choices.

Provides students with an organized approach for involving their parents in their career-planning activities.

Offers factual, thought-provoking information on the issues of dropping out of school, substance abuse, and addiction.
*Contact your local Guard representative for a demonstration.

As the sponsor of Career Direction, the Army National Guard continues to support its mission first established in 1636 to provide for the security and well-being of our country and communities. Want more information about Career Direction?
